If you run into a problem with Inks, start with Help. It is kept up to date with common questions about writing, reading and replay, sharing, accounts and plans, privacy, and backups.

• your Inks version and iOS version;
• the step where the problem occurred;
• a screenshot or screen recording that does not expose private letter content;
• whether the issue can be reproduced consistently.

Do not send passwords, Sign in with Apple credentials, full transaction records, or letter content you do not want another person to see.
